What is the quality of the chocolate?

All chocolate is high quality, choose from branded chocolate such as Lindt, Milka, Toblerone, Ritter Sport, Sarotti, or Standard moulded chocolate shapes made to Belgian ingredients. Most of our chocolate suppliers are committed to a sustainable farming programme.

What are the ‘best before’ dates?

Best before dates for Advent calendars premium Lindt, Milka etc will be printed with April 2020. For moulded chocolate this will be November 2020.

Do you shrink wrap your Advent Calendars as standard?

All standard shaped Advent Calendars are shrink wrapped except for special shaped calendars. We are operating on a reduced packaging pledge where plastic wrapping is not needed, it will not be used. Please see our sustainability programme.

Are there any deadlines (delivery etc.) for ordering personalised advent calendars?

There are different print runs for our premium calendars eg. Lindt, Milka, Toblerone etc. Print runs start as early as July for each type of calendar. Some of our more specialised Lindt calendars finish printing at the end of August. The standard Lindt calendars finish printing in the first week of October.

Print runs fill up fast so it is always advisable to have your order and artwork in asap. Your delivery for Advent is calculated from the print run your artwork is approved for. You will be advised on which print run you will be booked onto on approval of your artwork, this will then be linked to a delivery date. 

What are the delivery options you provide?

All deliveries are made by pallet delivery on temperature controlled transport. Delivery comes from our warehouse in Germany on a Euro pallet. Your delivery price will be calculated on the delivery postcode. You must be able to accept a pallet delivery. Small orders can be delivered in cartons.

We are also able to mail for you to various addresses from our mailing house, price on request.

Do you offer custom made mailing cartons and complete fulfilment service?

Yes, we offer a full mailing service for your Calendars to be posted either first or second class, UK or worldwide. All Advent Calendars are available with custom made mailing cartons.

I need some assistance with my artwork, can you help?

We do not provide an in house artwork design service, however we offer a large range of standard designs for our Advent Calendars. You simply add your own logo and message.

Do we get a draft version of our artwork before production?

You will be sent a digital proof for careful checking (please read through the printing guidelines supplied with your template and the note on artwork on our website **) the proof that you approve will be the one that is printed.

Can you print Pantone colours?

We will print your design as it appears on your template. The calendars are digitally printed in CMYK. However if a special pantone colour is required for an extra cost this is possible, subject to a special price from our printer.

Can you print inside the windows?

Yes messages can be printed inside windows on volumes more than 250, please see printing guidelines on templates.
